The production time for an order depends on various factors, including product availability, and the location of the production facility. We have gone out of our way to source the best products for this fundraising campaign!

In general, most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is submitted (the baseball raglans will take closer to 7 business days). Upon shipment, most orders should take an average of 3 days to be delivered within the US, and 6-10 days outside the US.

It is of the upmost importance to us that you are satisfied with the product you receive. Please review the sizing guidelines available for each product, in the description, to most confidently pick a size that works for you. The vendor we chose is a print-on-demand company, meaning all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Their policy states that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, you will be offered a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.

Orders of $50 and over qualify for free shipping! Otherwise, we’ve tried to make our shipping rates affordable at a flat rate of $5, and we hope you think so, too!

An order can be canceled before it’s sent to production. Please contact us via the order confirmation email sent to you about your order. If the product is in production, data and money have already been transferred to the Print Provider. Our Merchant Support team may attempt to cancel the order (for a refund). However, there are no guarantees once an item has entered the production process.
